Is the $290 spa package price genuine?
Yes — our 3-hour 5-in-1 spa package is regularly $350. You save $60 and walk away with five hands-on treatments plus 30 minutes in our fully private steam + sauna and a glass of bubbly.
Can I gift this package?
Absolutely — this package was designed to be gifted. Reserve through any button on this page and let us know it's a gift; we'll prepare a beautiful voucher the recipient can redeem at their convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Spa Package reservations require a 50% deposit and one week's notice to cancel or reschedule without a 50% fee. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total. "No show" appointments are fully charged. We understand life happens — we'll happily reschedule without fees when notified before the required time period.

Your 3-hour escape includes: (1) a 1-hour aromatherapy massage with head & hooves, (2) the Heavenly Hydra Head Massage (water hydra scalp therapy), (3) a collagen eye mask, (4) a customized hydrojelly facial mask, and (5) 30 minutes of exclusive-use steam + sauna with a glass of bubbly.
How long does the appointment take?
Approximately 3 hours from start to finish. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to change and settle in.

We are the only spot in Hamilton with exclusive-use steam + sauna — meaning the space is fully private and reserved just for you (and a guest, if booking together) for the duration of your 30-minute ritual. No sharing, no strangers — just complete privacy.
Is there any downtime after the treatments?
None at all. You'll leave deeply relaxed, glowing and refreshed — and you can carry on with your day (though many guests choose to plan an early evening to keep the calm going).
